I'm Sugiarti Rosbak — most people just call me Ati.

For over 20 years, I've worked in human development: starting from senior roles in multinational corporations, then transitioning into independent consulting, and eventually founding OTP (Omah Tumbuh Potensi) — a consulting and training organization serving everyone from small business owners to large corporations.

What pushed me to make the leap wasn't dissatisfaction — it was a question I couldn't stop asking: why is it that the knowledge that helps big companies grow almost never reaches the small business owners who need it most?

Grow With Ati is my answer to that question. Here, I share the same approaches I use with my clients — in a form that's more accessible and immediately actionable, for anyone who is in the middle of building something worth building.
